Order Processing Time

Premade and stocked item orders are attempted to be processed and prepped for shipping within 3-5 business days. Memory Boards are handmade to order by one person (me) and may require a longer processing time of 1-2 weeks, especially when purchasing a Custom board. When purchasing from Threaded Wings, please understand that weekends, holidays, and sick days are excluded from this estimated processing time.

Shipping Rates

The shipping charges for your order will be calculated at checkout. Shipping for Memory Boards may be charged separately from other items in your order due to differences in package dimensions. International Shipping

We are not able to offer international shipping as of yet, but look forward to possibly expanding our reach in the future.

Free Shipping

At this time, we offer free standard shipping on orders over $85.00. This includes the use of any discounts applied to the cart.

Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking

A confirmation email will be sent along with tracking details once your order is received and fulfilled.

Damages and Lost Packages

Threaded Wings is not liable for items that are damaged or lost during transit. If your order is lost or damaged, please contact your shipping carrier. Please review the Terms of service and/or Refund policy for further details.

Recycled Materials

In an effort to be eco-friendly and reduce costs, some orders may be packaged with recycled/reused materials.
